The first day was "our teachers plant the seeds of learning". I remember last year for my sons fourth grade class, his teacher actually got 15 different flower pots on that day. I figure I would make them some flower gifts they could eat.
For the pots I used the Sweet Tooth Boxes cartridge and cut the bottom part of the cone box at 9 1/2" from Kraft paper.
The flowers are from the Bloom Cricut Lite cartridge, and those are cut at 2 1/2". I punched two small holes in the center and added some cording to some of the flowers and buttons and twine to the others.
I also cut out 2 tags from the create a critter cartridge at 3", which my boys used to write their teachers a little note. I finished by filling the boxes with Easter grass which helped the little baggies stay straight.

The second day my kids picked was "Our teachers are so Sweet".
This time I used the top part of the cone from Sweet Tooth Boxes. These were cut at 12". I wanted to fit some treats inside so I wanted them a little bigger than usual.
The paper I used was from the Sweet Stack (DCWV) which has glitter on it. I embossed the top part of the cupcake with he swirls folder. I also added some red lace I had left over from a sewing project I had done a long time ago to create a ruffle around the top part.
The tag is really the flower of the hedgehog from the Create a critter cartridge cut at 3". I filled the boxes with 5 chocolate covered Oreo's inside some cellophane bags! YUM!
