And so it begins.....

I finally decided to create my own blog to share some of my creations.  I have had a lot of inspiration from the blogs of many other talented crafters. Hopefully this blog can do the same for others. 

I fell in love with card making about five years ago while staying on a cottage at the beach. The guests before us left a brand new copy of the "Joy of Card making" in one the drawers. It was love at first sight! I know it sounds silly, but I just couldn't wait to go try and make some of the cards. I started with the basic supplies and slowly built up my inventory. (Takes up half of my office now! =)

About six months ago (February) my hubby got me the Cricut Expression and I absolutely LOVE IT! So far I have 16 cartridges and I love how much I can do with them. 

I hope to meet other people who share my passion for this and other crafts and I also wish to learn much more in the process.

For this first post I am going to put a few cards from my "before Cricut" days as I like to call them. =)
